Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you're happy, we're happy. If for any reason you're not satisfied because of defects or damage to items in your order, just email to let us know, so we can make it right. We offer a no-hassle, money back, guarantee or exchange on purchases from our online shop.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. For example, if you bought the item using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

We prepare returns as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 5 working days for us to process exchanges or refunds.

Return postage cost will be covered by us for damaged items or mistakes to an order. Any general returns ie. you no longer want the item must be covered by the customer.

JA Cards will refund purchase payments as soon as possible using your original payment method, and no later than 5 working days after we have received proof of defective or damaged items. you will be given a full refund.

If we are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please send a photo to returns@jacardsltd.com as soon as you’ve received it so we can organise an exchange or refund. In most cases we will offer a partial refund or for the buyer to return and cover any return postage costs for either a full refund or an exchange.

If for any reason you would like to cancel or amend an order providing it has not been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort this out for you. If it has been dispatched, you’re more than welcome to return any items under our returns policy

Exchanges and refunds will only be sent out after we’ve received and inspected the damaged item.

In the case of an order being Lost, Delayed or misrouted please allow up to 10 business days then contact us and we’ll happily offer a full refund if we cannot provide replacement items, We are not liable for any supplementary costs.

If you’d like to return an item for any other reason, we accept returns within up to 7 days of when it was delivered. Postage and any fees will not be refunded, and the buyer is to cover return postage costs and is responsible for the item getting back to us in the same condition as it was received in. The item must be in the same sealed and unopened condition as you received it in otherwise we cannot accept a return or refund.
