Can I cancel or amend an order?

Yes, you can, as long as it has not been dispatched yet you will receive a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees and refund fees.

If it’s been dispatched your more than welcome to return the item under our returns policy minus any postage, processing and handling fees.

Do you do Pre Orders?

Due to uncertainty of allocations, we have decided not to do pre orders, sometimes we will add stock when it’s in hand, typically a week or 2 before release but any orders with pre orders will not be sent until a few days before so you get them on or after release day.

When will I get my order?

Please look at our shipping section for rough delivery times, most orders will either get to you next working day or within 2-5 working days depending on the service chosen.

If an item isn’t on your site, can you still get it in?

With our wide range of sources please don’t hesitate to ask if we can get a certain product in for you, depending on age of product we may be able to get it in, we also stock older products as well as new.

Are all your products authentic and untampered with?

Yes! All of our products come direct from distributors or very trusted sources and inspected before we put them up for sale. We strive for professionalism and would never tamper with or reseal any product as we ourselves are collectors and hate to see it in the hobby.

Do you do discounts?

Yes, we send out special emails to our customers with exclusive discount codes for use on all of our products, also on certain products we offer a discounted price when you buy 2 or more.

Do you buy collections?

This is a case-by-case basis. We predominantly will only be interested in sealed products but please contact us at Queries@jacardsltd.com
